Core Yoga with Aria

Explore a uniquely different approach to yoga through ancient, strength building exercises. Core Yoga begins with an awakening of Prana – Life Force, through pranayama (breathwork.) After the core is heated, we will explore a hybrid of inversions, arm balances, core strength vinyasa, abdominals, and twists. Core Yoga is for students with at least a 6 month practice, or dancers and athletes with a strong physical background. Core Yoga is not appropriate for pregnant women.
Everything starts from your center. When it is strong, you avoid injuries, you heal faster and feel more balanced.
