Iyengar Yoga with Sue Darling

Iyengar Yoga is a method of classical Hatha Yoga that focuses on precision and alignment, offering practitioners a deep understanding of each posture. Iyengar Yoga teaches one how to attain stability, composure and concentration in practice. This highly therapeutic style introduces the use of 'yoga props' such as wall ropes, chairs, blocks, blankets, etc. which provide both physical and mental support for practice.
Sue Darling has been studying and practicing Yoga for 15 years. Sue is a certified level 1 and 2 instructor by BKS Iyengar and has studied in India with Geeta and Prashant Iyengar as well. Born and raised in London, Sue has recently returned from teaching in the West Indies for the last 4 years. Sue is known for her clarity and enthusiasm for Iyengar Yoga as well as her passion for teaching.
