Danielle Vouvalides  


Danielle is a certified Hatha yoga instructor. Growing up Danielle was a gymnast and was always fascinated by body movement. Yoga took that fascination and curiosity to the next level. She loved how yoga was just not about the physical body but it was about the inner body and learning to connect to yourself completely from the inside out. She was truly hooked after the first class. In 2004, Danielle packed up and headed to the east coast and began her journey as a teacher. Danielle completed the 250 hour Anusara teaching training program at Vira Yoga, with Zhenja Larosa. Danielle is also certified to teach toddlers and completed her prenatal training with Jessica Jennings at City Yoga. Danielle was amazed in her classes by the positive benefits yoga had on women during pregnancy and she then started to focus solely on teaching prenatal and postnatal. Danielle creates a class that will not only alleviate common pains and aches, but you will also build strength and stamina. Danielle is constantly inspired at the power and courage her students have during this life transition.
