Emily Sawyer

Emily Sawyer began practicing Pilates as a student over ten years ago. Finding herself continually inspired by the Pilates method, she completed her teacher training through the PMA certified Pilates Sports Center program, under master trainers Lora Anderson and Nichole Barreto. She was born and raised in Los Angeles, and is also a musician and singer. Emily is thrilled to be teaching amongst all the fabulous students and instructors at Silverlake Yoga!
