Hanna draws from her Native American roots in wholism and her formal education in physiology, biology and ecology. Oneida and a member of the Bear Clan Hanna draws from the culture and ceremony of the longhouse as well as 10 years of experience as a tribal herbalist, midwifes assistant, and cultural writer and educator.  Hanna has further studied the harmonious cycles of living, earning a bachelor of science in human physiology and a masters of science in Watershed Management.  She has applied these studies to work in sustainability both for the Oneida and other tribes in the Great Lakes Region.

Hanna teaches a heart centered vinyasa based class utilizing krama (stages) and dynamic sequencing of postures and breathwork.  With emphasis on deeper alignment and integration of body, mind, and spirit the class invites challenge, exploration, stillness, harmony, and the deeper work of transformation.
