Janet Colson


Janet has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and has made yoga even more a part of her life since having children when she started teaching Mommy and Me classes for several local studios. Now, Janet is happy to share her practice with her kids and is teaching both preschool and school-age children yoga. Yoga has become a way for Janet to find balance in her busy life and to connect with people of all ages through their practice.  Also, yoga helps her remember to breathe, which is a good thing.
