Judith Lutz

Judith Lutz is a Certified Iyengar Yoga teacher and a graduate of the Iyengar Yoga Institute of Los Angeles. She has been practicing Iyengar yoga since 1996 and has studied with Senior Teachers Gabriella Guibaro, Ramanand Patel, Adil Pakhivala,  Kofi Busia, Gloria Goldberg and Karin O’Bannon, and under Geeta Iyengar at national conventions. Judith is deeply grateful to BKS Iyengar and all her teachers, whose inspirational teaching nourishes her own practice and teaching. Known for her warmth, she aims for clarity and depth in her teaching and encourages students to seek the best in themselves.
