Leah Miller

After 8 years of practicing yoga, I began my journey as a yoga teacher at Yoga Works.  I went on to do a second teacher training with Erich Schiffman at Sacred Movement.   I have also done specialty training courses with Shiva Rea (prenatal), Juliette Kurth (prenatal) and Cheri Clampett (therapeutic yoga). My classes tend to be slow-flowing and introspective, great for beginners yet still challenging for experienced practitioners.  My goal as a teacher is always to help you feel more comfortable in your body.
