Lynn Carter



I started practicing yoga in 2000 in response to chronic & debilitating back pain.  The practice changed my life!  After a year of regular asana practice, I completed my teacher training in San Diego at the Mind & Body Center.


The following year, I completed Pilates training using the Mari Winsor technique and began teaching yoga & Pilates at the Healthy Attitude in suburban Chicago. Since completing my initial certification, I have continued my training with seminars, intensives, and retreats which focus on alignment, breath, and vinyasa flow.


Teaching & practising mind & body experiences such as yoga & Pilates provides a pattern for a practiced pathway which embraces all levels of expertise & nurtures an acceptance of all abilities.
