Maja Zimmermann

Maja is a Swiss born, Hollywood trained Filmmaker (producer and director) who has gotten her Yoga teacher training trough the acclaimed "Center for Yoga" in Larchmont Village. She has been teaching Hatha classes since 2002.

Maja believes in creating a warm, accommodation ambience to welcome anybody, bringing them to the best of them selves. She teaches private clients as well as a Sunday night Yoga & Dinner class in Silverlake. She also created a beginners workshop, teaches the teachers trainees and introduced her popular "Yoga and Law of Attraction" workshop to the LA yoga community.

One of her favorite things is to combine travel, cooking and yoga while leading retreats in southern California or as far as Mexico and Europe. "Yoga and meditation creates a magical balance to my often hectic everyday life as a film maker. It helps me to stay grounded in the midst of a crisis, and teaches me to find a positive focus on what's to come."
