Roger Nolan

Roger S. Nolan, M.A. has been practicing yoga and meditation since 1973, and has been teaching since 1995. In addition to teaching in yoga centers and corporate settings in Los Angeles, he also leads retreats and workshops nationwide, and in 2006, his meditation classes were named “Best for Beginners” by Los Angeles Magazine. Roger is also a psychotherapist in private practice specializing in adapting mindfulness meditation for the treatment of addiction, depression, stress, and anxiety. He is currently a contributing consultant and member of the core training faculty of the Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention (MBRP) program underway at the University of Washington, and he will be a contributing author for two books on the subject slated for publication in 2009.
